Raspberry : Joan J - First Year Fruiting. An outstanding primocane variety that produces a heavy crop of juicy and sweet tasting berries over a long cropping period. Each berry is 30% larger than Autumn Bliss with a brighter colour and a superior flavour.
Blackberry : Loch Maree - The newest arrival from the impressive Loch series. Loch Maree is the first variety to have unique double pink flowers adding to its beauty. Its thornless plants produce an excellent crop of super sweet, juicy berries.
Tayberry : Buckingham - An easy to harvest spineless form of Tayberry discovered by an amateur gardener in Buckingham. Produces delicious 5cm (2 inch) long berries, ideal eaten as a dessert with a touch of cream. For the best flavour pick the fruits when they have changed from red to deep purple.
Redcurrant : Rovada - If you only have room for one redcurrant this is the one to have! Large luscious red fruits are produced in profusion on huge 'strings' from mid July through August, producing up to 2½kg (6lb) from a single plant in a season. Excellent eaten fresh or from the freezer. Currants have a long cropping season, freeze well and are perfect for pies and jams.
Blackcurrant : Ebony - The sweetest ever Blackcurrant! Outstanding dessert variety with a very high level of sweetness - giving a flavour that is as sweet as that of a tasty black cherry! The bushy plants have a slightly open, spreading habit which makes harvesting easy as well as adding to this variety's good mildew resistance.
Gooseberry : Invicta - One of the heaviest cropping varieties available producing almost twice as much fruit as other varieties. The flavoursome green fruits stay firm and retain their shape when cooked, making the best pies and preserves you’ve ever tasted. Excellent mildew resistance, ready to harvest from late May onwards.
